About Equipping
Equipping is the second of the five focused areas of the BiLD Training Center (that builds upon the Baseline foundation) where leaders are equipped for life and ministry.
At Fellowship, we use the "Leader Profile"--composed of four aspects: knowledge, skill, character, and passion/vision--as a guide for balanced, integrative training. Each aspect of the "Leader Profile" is important, and BiLD equips leaders through workshops and seminars to increase effectiveness and efficiency as well as through providing "hands-on" opportunities to learn and grow.
